Standard Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), directly from our warehouses in the US, Europe and Australia, to all 50 US states, Canada, the EU, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Korea.

Standard shipping deliveries are made by USPS or Canada Post, or the domestic mail service in all other markets, and tracking information is emailed to you immediately upon shipment. 

All orders are shipped out the same or next business day. All orders over $50 are shipped to you free of charge, when choosing standard shipping.

Orders over $150 are automatically shipped for free using our express shipping service.

Our standard shipping time guideline is 7-14 days (to be conservative), however nearly 100% are delivered in 6-10 days. 

Express Shipping

All orders over $150 are automatically shipped for free using our express shipping service.

Orders under $150 that are shipped express have a flat fee of $25.

It is a 3-4 day express service. We ship Monday - Friday and have daily cut-off times, so to be conservative please allow 3-5 days from order to delivery. 

Sprout orders ship from Australia, for that reason allow two additional days for handling time. For Sprout orders with east coast destinations, also add one or two extra transit days as a conservative buffer for customs wait times.

Safest and Healthiest Shipping Method

We are based in Los Angeles and are often asked why we choose to ship directly from Europe. Our reasons are entirely based on ensuring that we have end to end shipping oversight, by removing third party storing and handing steps between the manufacturer and you, so the formula you receive meets the highest standards of freshness, health and safety for your baby. 

The formula is manufactured in Europe and we use the fastest and most direct shipping method from Europe to you. Our formula is shipped only once, directly to you and this is crucial in achieving our health and safety standards (see below table for explanation).

Our sourcing and shipping company is incorporated in Europe, specifically so we can have direct relationships with the manufacturers and certified distributors to guarantee authenticity.

It is not possible for US incorporated companies to have a direct relationship with the manufacturer or certified distributors. They must source from distributors further down the food chain. 

If they cannot deal directly with certified suppliers how can they guarantee authenticity? 

If there is an issue with the formula, such as a recall, how will these sellers find out if they are impacted without having these direct relationships?

Our European warehouse is strategically located less than 100 miles from the source, so we qualify for direct deliveries and transit time is limited to 2 hours. 

We then ship directly to you from our warehouse, meaning it is only shipped once and we have direct oversight and control from manufacturer to your door.

The formula is shipped and stored multiple times in multiple locations outside of their direct control before the US sellers receive their deliveries from Europe. 

Then it must be shipped again from their US premises to you. 

Where has the formula been stored and how long has it been in transit before it gets to you?

We are a professional, established and reputable business that sells high volumes via our website and wholesale to other US based sellers. 

Our formula is stored in our own climate controlled warehouse and is turned over weekly for the freshest formula on the market.

For many US sellers this is a part time business operating out of garages or basements. 

Where do they source from and does the storage meet food health and safety regulations?

Customs & Duty (Applies Only to Canadian Customers)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the Canadian government to the recipient of an international shipment.

We have paid for all shipping, taxes and fees, however this duty is the application of a local law, imposed by the Canadian government on imports, once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Any charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. 

Shipping outside of the US and Canada

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), directly from Europe using DHL. Tracking information is emailed to you immediately upon shipment. 

We appreciate the need for fast delivery, so all orders are shipped out the same or next business day.

Refunds, Returns or Exchange

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we are flexible and will assist you in processing a refund or return. 

You may return orders to us for a full refund for any reason, provided that the following conditions are met: 

  1. the product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that we provided it to you in. 
  2. you must return it no later than 30 days from the time it was dispatched to you.
  3. Once the returned items are received by us your refund will be processed within 2 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
